Come to us
There are several ways to come to us:
- by car (a car is recommended for your trips on site;
- by plane (Bergerac airport 45km away, Brive airport 70km away). Consider renting a car for your trips there;
- by train (Buisson-de-Cadouin station 6km away, Siorac-de-Périgord station 5km away)
Once There
Parking:
To maintain maximum peace and quiet in the park, we ask that you bring your car in only when you arrive and leave, to (un)load your suitcases.
A few meters from the main entrance of the estate, you will find a private parking lot, reserved for other days. Thank you for your understanding.
Waste and Selective Sorting:
In our village and our department, waste sorting is mandatory (we are billed for residual waste).
We do our best to limit residual waste and thank you in advance for contributing to this effort during your stay.
Pool:
The swimming pool is open from May to mid-September, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
For your comfort and that of other guests, we encourage you to bring your own beach towels for the deckchairs. The towels provided in the accommodation are for indoor use only.
Household Linens:
- Bed linen, towels (1 hand towel, 1 shower towel)* and kitchen towels are included (once per person) in the price of your accommodation.
*Le Pèlerin Room : bed linen and 1 shower towel are included.
If you would like to rent more sets of linens, we offer them in our online store (when you book your vacation rental) or on site.
- For hygiene reasons, we ask you to use bath towels to cover the cushions of the sun loungers around the pool. If you don't have room in your suitcase, we also offer bath towels in our online shop (when you book your holiday accommodation) or on site.
Pets:
Only in Cottage Le Gouzot , you can be accompanied by your Pet.
*** We refuse access to category 1 and 2 dogs ***
- If you wish to bring several animals, this will only be allowed upon request and at an additional cost.
- All animals must be kept on a leash on the grounds and around the pond and are not allowed around the pool area.
- Most likely no need to ask: Thank you in advance for providing a pocket to be able to pick up "the traces" of your dog.
Payment Terms

The Rental Rate must be paid according to the cancellation fee plan.
We reserve the right to collect the amounts within 24 hours after notification or email sent to Guests.
For example: Cancellation fee plan: 50% upon booking, 75% 30 days before arrival, 100% 15 days before arrival
Deposits and installment payments: 50% upon booking, 75% 30 days before arrival, 100% 15 days before arrival
In case of "No Show", the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
